To increase productivity for disposal of residential yard waste, Environmental Services has arranged for Gaston Tree Service out of Gainseville to be retained by Waste Management to assist with yard waste service. Gastone started yesterday with five trucks to begin yard waste removal.

Services are currently running 5-6 days behind the regular pickup schedule. Waste Management/Gaston will continue to service locations in rotation (by day of the week) until all homes have been serviced and yard waste collection is back on schedule.

Until services are back on the regular schedule, we respectfully request that all citizens leave your yard waste curbside. Please do not leave in the street or on top of drain grates. For more information please see Clay County Environmental Services
