We are aware of the issue with the pond on the Trace and are working on a resolution. The dam and the spillway are both working correctly. Neither is broken. The board of directors has solicited bids from companies for the erosion issue. They also have had an engineer out and will continue to work with him during this process. Once bids have been received and reviewed the board (at the next meeting) will choose the best company to continue this project.
**Update** The board had a geotechnical investigation of this area completed. At the next board meeting, the board will review this report as well as bids to repair the erosion issue.
**Update** A vendor has been chosen to accomplish this project. Currently, the repair plan is being reviewed by an engineer. Once this step is finalized the vendor will schedule the project for the work to be completed.
